Biography:
ALooP is a band unwilling to compromise when it comes to the creation of their music. In developing their explosive and pulverizing sound, ALooP creates music charged with pure energy and raw emotion. The Northern quintet joined forces in 2000 and was formed by musicians from different parts of the Danish metal environment. Thus, including elements from death-, heavy- and classical metal, ALooP combines the heaviness of e.g. early Sepultura with ass kicking southern thrash elements similar to those of Pantera and Slayer. The sound of ALooP has been labelled as a redefinition of old-school head-banging metal. Even though the quintet’s sound is highly inspired by old-school metal, ALooP has managed to create a unique sound charged with melody and mind-shaking brutality hitting the listener hard in the face.
Global Crisis is the debut album of the band and it will take you on a highly addictive journey into the uncanny atmosphere of ALooP - you will encounter a devastating sonic assault, which will, no doubt, challenge you musically, emotionally and mentally.
Surrender and give into it!

Biography:
MANIFEST was formed in Trondheim, Norway in 2000. The band has released four promos/EP s, and their last one, THE ART OF WAR (2003), caught great attention in the metal scene: a lot of good reviews in well established metal magazines (such as Scream Magazine (N), Inferno Magazine (FI), Metallian Magazine (FR) and Monster Magazine (N) to mention a few...), a lot of attention on the internet and airtime on various metal radio shows in Europe. All this, plus a reputation as one of the best metal live acts in Norway really earned the band recognition, and in 2004 MANIFEST was headhunted to play both the INFERNO FESTIVAL and the HOLE IN THE SKY FESTIVAL, two of Europes most well known metal festivals. 2004 was also the year that MANIFEST entered Godt Selskap studios (Necrophagia, The Apparatus) to record their debut album: HALF PAST VIOLENCE. The band fully financed the whole production themselves. A lot of hard work eventually paid off and in March 2005 MANIFEST signed a worldwide licensing deal with Edgerunner Music.

Biography:
Slagmark was formed late `98 by Espen Antonsen, aka "Beist" (Drums), together with Vegard Jakobsen"Støggsint" (Bass), and Geir Jakobsen (Guitars). Driven by fierce hatred and despise of the so called "ethic morals", the gruesome threesome started rehearsing and creating their own material right away in a small rehearsal room at an old abandoned school building.
From 1999 to 2003 several demos were recorded and the band played a lot live. New members were also added.
In 2004 the band also starts the recording of their first CD "Eradication" set to be finished sometime during the year…
The tracks "Death's Mask" and "Aeon of Horus" is put out on the internet as downloads, which the Norwegian label Edgerunner Music comes accross. Edgerunner Music signs Slagmark for the "Eradication" album. Set to hit the streets sometime in winter 2005!
Awaiting the assault on worldwide religion, Slagmark is preparing to do as many liveshows as possible, maybe even a small tour, and hopefully a couple of shows outside Norway to support the new CD and to bring more attention to the band.

Biography:
In the beginning, there was silence…
...then around 2001 Anders (vocals) and Uffe (guitar) met in a rehearsal room with a couple of other guys who wanted to start a band. The project soon fell to pieces since everybody wanted to play different stiles. Uffe and Anders liked eachothers musicality and ideas though and decided to start a heavy metalband. They wandered around like lost souls in various constellations for what felt like an eternity without finding the right people to make magic with. Then they found Danne.
He was very impressive with his technical playingstyle and feeling for metal (not to mention his polyspectral flatulence =). A short time thereafter Lukas joined the band (after some nagging from Uffe). He immediately brought a new dynamic to the bands sound with his fast and technical fingerbending. So there we were. One singer, two guitarists and one drummer. The one thing missing was a bassplayer. The search was on.
Wanted signs were put up in music stores and on the internet. Everybody asked around if anyone knew an available bassplayer and so on and so on. We tried out a couple and even though there was nothing wrong technical wise we never felt they had enough time or/and showed enough engagement for the band. The search went on and on...and after a while we almost gave up.
Eventually Niklas (Sargatanas Reign) was approached with a desperate plea to at least jump in from time to time. He agreed to help us. He played with us for quite a while but in the end it became obvious for all of us that 2 bands with record-deals would only lead to split loyalties so he left the band. We wish him all the best!
Ok, there we were again without a bassplayer. It felt like we were doomed to never have a steady member playing bass in the band. Then we got a break! As we called around, asking people if they knew someone available Anders got a hold of Johan. He had helped Johan with vocals on demo for the band Johan was playing in at the time. The band had recently split-up and Johan was willing to give it a try. It soon became obvious that Johan was perfect for the band. He brought in a stable and technical backbone to the music. And here we are ready to rock =)
Recorded at Wet Paint Studio. Solid Sound – Great Melodies!

Eirin Bendigtsen - Lead Vocals
André Bendigtsen - Guitars and Programming
Kristian Andersen - Bass
Ole Kristian Løvberg - Drums and Drumloops
Biography:
The first chapter in the Book of the Fallen was written in december 2003 when André and Ole Kristian met for the first time to form a band through which their musical ideas could be channeled. Both being fans of dark, yet melodic music, they set out to gather some musicians that shared their passion for this music. Four months later they had recruited Eirin and her angelic voice, bassplayer Kristian and Tom Remi. Shortly after, Where Angels Fall went into JL Studios to record their debut EP that hit the streets early autumn 2004.
The EP was limited to 600 copies incl. promos and soon became a great success and is currently hard to find.
The new cd "illuminate" continues the story... NIGHTWISH BEWARE!;)
